Our Annual Member's Meeting for the purpose of electing directors to replace those whose terms are expiring is scheduled for December 13, 2022 at 7:00 PM and will be held in the Spring Lakes Clubhouse. A notice was sent to all owners via U.S. Mail. A regular meeting of the Board of Directors will immediately follow the Owners' Meeting.

Our website now contains a Community Bulletin Board page (see link to the left.) On this page we will be posting available activities that may be of interest to our owners. We will include activities related to the Poinciana Community Group (PCG) since PCG facilities are available to all PCG members AND their invited guests. At present, PCG has not deactivated our keycards in spite of our efforts to withdraw from the organization. Once they do, you can arrange to meet a friend who remains a member in the lobby and have them escort you to the restricted area.

Board Meetings are held on second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Spring Lakes Clubhouse.Wearing a face covering to help avoid the inadvertent spread of Covid is required at this time. Please be prepared to wear a face covering to protect yourself and your neighbors in attendance from inadvertent infection.

Coyotes have been sighted in the area and they have taken at least one pet from one of our residents. Do not allow your pets to wander unleashed in the community or they too may become prey for these cunning predators.
